They want to develop names like RYLA or PETS based on words in their own language, rather than using the English equivalent. Why not? |

It looks good on the surface, but this proposal by a French district really wants all meetings conducted in English and French both. |

This has to do with the travel allowance of RI officers. I'll listen to the debate on this. |

Doesn't change the rules, just increases the paper-work. |

The rep at my district conference could barely speak English. I agree with this proposal. |

Essentially, the proposer of this legislation is annoyed that the same people keep getting the assignments. It prohibits anyone from being chosen more than once. |
