District 2120 (Italy) wants to eliminate the sub-title "A Reference Manual for Rotary Leaders." The resolution gives not reason for this. Accordingly, I'm opposed (no reason given). |

District 1710 (France) wants to receive a receipt for each piece of mail they send to RI. Can we say paperwork blizzard? |
