This proposal would require binding arbitration for disputes between Rotarians, clubs and Districts. Currently, there are many lawsuits involving Rotarians on both sides. |

expensive ways to communicate with Rotary clubs |
The proposal would mandate that the Board study new ways to communicate with Rotarians, both with a mind to speed and cost. |
